This is it folks! The last chance to see us play live! We will be performing at the 3rd Degree Festival on Thursday, 29 April at 5:30pm. That’s right 5:30pm. It’s an early one, but we promise to make it worth the trip. We’ll be playing all your favourite Millions of Oysters hits, along with a few surprises that will be sure to raise a few smiles (or maybe just a few eyebrows). The night we play is called “Rusted Bandwagon” (hence the above logo). We will be joined by The Foothills and The Fables, for a fabulous evening of folky sounds, and funky beats.

Millions of Oysters spent the night in the studios of LIPA last week. In 14 hours, we got through most of 3 songs, much thanks to our sound techs: Josh McArdle and Lee McMahon. We hope to have one of those tracks mixed and ready for your enjoyment soon.
In the meantime…
Pål feels happy when he plays...
Jørgen shredding just to keep his fingers warm...
Daryl trying to shut out the world and just groove...

No idea what you’re talking about. This band is called “Millions of Oysters”, and we’re way better than any of those anti-sunshine people!
Okay…we changed our name. Out with the old, pessimistic and angry. We’ve got a new name, a new logo and a new sound. We hope you like the change as much as we do… (well, Angus likes the change anyway).

Thanks to everyone who came out to see us last Saturday. Apart from the 2 hour delay, and Jørgen’s little amp mishap at the start, it went great. Here’s a little taster for those who didn’t make it:

Welcome to the new website. To start things off, we’re giving you a special “behind the scenes” taste of a Never Trust the Sunshine rehearsal.
In this episode you’ll hear Daryl and Angus practicing their Scouse accents, Jørgen trying to make us play jazz, and clips from 4 new songs that you’ve never heard before.
